Brandon C. Stone joined the Law Firm of Regina B. Edwards in May 2005. Brandon represents clients in civil litigation matters, including real estate, construction disputes, personal injury matters, collections, uncontested divorce proceedings, evictions/ejectments, and probate matters.
Brandon received a B.A. degree in Public Administration from Auburn University in 2000. While at Auburn, he was active in the Pi Lambda Sigma Legal Honor Society and the Criminology Club and was a member of the Auburn University Marching Band. During his senior year, Brandon completed an internship with the Unites States Marshal Service for the Middle District of Alabama.
Brandon earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2004 from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. He was a member of the Christian Legal Society and served on the board of Delta Theta Phi fraternity. While attending law school, he was a Staff Assistant at Beasley, Allen, Crow, Methvin, Portis, & Miles, P.C., working in the area of consumer fraud litigation, including various forms of insurance fraud, predatory lending, and violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Brandon currently serves as Secretary for the Elmore County Bar Association.
Brandon is married to the former Molly McMahone of Ruston, Louisiana, and they welcomed their first child Audrey Melinda Stone in August 2007. They are active members of First Baptist Church in Montgomery.
